every single item is handmade in small batches by me, HP!

all items start with high quality, locally sourced, organic ingredients from farm fresh eggs to artisan unbleached flour to the quality, fair trade chocolate that I use.

all orders are made to order and baked fresh just for you. I also generally abstain from using artificial dyes unless it's a seasonal item or otherwise noted.

you pay for quality, we aren't the cheapest but we are the Best-Bakes around.

NO! We do not make exact replicas of other artist’s cakes. That's no fun! 

Instead, send us some inspiration! all photos sent over will be strictly used as inspiration, and all cakes will be decorated in our style. we urge you to send over a colour palette you like and include details of what you want included on your custom cake. such as buttercream texture, cake shape, different colour buttercream, or even the type of borders you’d like. we understand letting go of control is tough, especially when spending your hard earned money, but you're in good hands! the best cakes are the custom ones! 💜

we sure do! we offer plant based, gluten friendly, sugar free, and keto! gluten friendly is not suitable for individuals with celiacs disease as our kitchen is not wheat free.

we also offer options with NO artificial dyes!

we do not have a retail space at this time, but we occasionally have “Walk Up Window Days” where you can walk up and buy freshly baked, ready to go items. we post on social media when the window is open, so please follow us!

this doesn’t apply to custom orders, they can be picked up from our walk up window. pick up information is sent when order is ready for pick up.

we are in Kyle, TX, which is about 20 miles from downtown Austin. we service the entire Austin area as well as surrounding areas such as Jarrell, New Braunfels, etc. 

yes, we do offer delivery! delivery is available for a fee. total cost depends on distance travelled. to check current delivery rates, please contact us.

we fill and frost our cakes with a butter based scratch-made vanilla bean buttercream! we try to make our icing less sweet but come on, it’s cake :)

you may also request a custom buttercream flavour.

we do not offer whipped frosting! 

we accept apple pay or credit/debit card payment by invoice, which are subject to a 5% payment processing fee. you can also pay with cash, zelle, or Apple Cash with no payment processing fee.

yes we require a non-refundable deposit of half down and payment in full 7 days before the order date. if placing an order for pick up within 7 days, payment in full is required. no deposit = no order 

yes we do but please note our rush fees.

last minute cakes may have limited design options, depending on theme. 

a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to order. any cancellations issued 14 days or less to event will be eligible for only a 25% refund. any cancellations 7 days or less will not be eligible for a refund.
